AC leak - low and high side at same pressure?!
Well I put manifold gauges on my car to get my pressures and the low side was reading aroun 40-45 and the high side was reading around 375 to 400. From what I understand this could be:
condensor fan not working: mine is working
overcharge: it does seem to be a little over. I checked it @ 96F 46% humid.
I was told that the compressor is working fine since the existing pressure and that if there was a restriction it would be a low pressure on the high side, so i think that rules out a restriction.
I think if I bled off some charge to like 30 on the low side it might make a difference?
This pertains to a 1997 honda accord vtec 2.2. doesnt cool much at all at low rpms and doesnt cool enough at high (driving rpms).
would appreciate any help, thanks.

You need to recover some charge to lower the low and high sides.
Suggest using my procedure and rule-of-thumb. The chart does not supply operating conditions for the chart, but the pressures would have be taken w/ doors and windows open to be so high on low side.
good luck
