AC unit not working as well as it should

AC unit not working as well as it should
Soooo, Ive got a 2000 Honda Accord SE. The AC unit works but the only way to actually feel any cold air is to turn it up to max. I was wondering if this is something I could fix on my own, or if I should just take it in to the dealership....
