Hello. On my accessory port/cigerate lighter in my Accord, it only works with some plugs. For example, my phone charger works fine, but the pizza delivery sign that plugs into the accessory port, only works if I press down hard and hold it into the port. I am thinking the end isn't making a good connection. So, if I take so tin foil, and put it in the accessory port, would that help make a better connection? I don't know how these accessory ports work exactly, and I don't want to short something put, so any help would be awesome! Thanks!

 

You can short it if the foil contacts the pos and neg. It sounds to me like the light connector is bad. You can also try pushing in the light connector and give it a slight twist to see if it gives a better connection.
