Please can anyone work this out!
I have a shake when i reach 50 mph -60mph and mainly seems to be when the car is under strain such as up hill or accelerating the only way i can discribe it is as if the prop shaft is out of balance as in a rear wheel drive car,all the tyres are ok and not out of shape and i have just changed the rims and they are not buckled, as the original alloys well 2 of them was a bit out of shape but this made no difference, i cannot work out where this shaking is coming from as i cannot totally feel it in the steering wheel, the whole car seems to shake,also all the steering and suspension joints seem ok without play, HELP!

 

Are the tires aligned correctly? What kind of motor is it?

Was your car doing this before you had the rim and tire work done ?

 

Hi yes it was thought that it may have sorted it out,forgot to mention that the bearings are all ok also

 

Hi yes they are aligned ok , car is a Honda Accord 2005 2.2 diesel
