Hi, I lost the "fender liner" for my Accord 2009 LX sedan on the passenger side. So I went online a purchased a new one. I have a few questions which i hope some pros here can help me.

Here is the diagram of what I am referring to:

The part I already purchased is PART#5 on the diagram.

1. The clips, I know there are #1 (PART#6), #2 (PART#7), #3 (PART#8) etc. How many do I need for each? (I know the image shows the #1x2, #2x1 and #3x1, but there are way more holes on the fender liner, I just want to hear from a pro who have done it)

2. What are the parts: "rear seal (PART#3)" and "upper trim (PART#9)"? Do I need them?

3. If you look at the image of the red Accord on the banner/logo. In front the the front wheels, there is a splash guard that sticks out from the fender liner. The fender liner I purchased did not have that piece sticking out? What is that piece?

4. Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace the fender liner?

Compare with this one... the parts list below the picture has quantity for both sides together with the front splash pan.

I think part #9 in your picture is the black trim you can see inside the engine compartment, just below the edge of the hood when it's closed.

Not sure about part #3 because it isn't even listed in the parts list. These pictures typically cover several models, so maybe it only exists on an EX or a coupe?

Not sure about the splash guard...?

I think you can flex the plastic liner & the bumper skin enough to install.
