My girlfriends Accord 97' is having issues with the speedometer, and pretty much anything that is lit inside the car. It seems randomly, the lights (including clock, speedometer...etc) will flash for half a second, speedometer jumps to zero and right back to where it should be. The car's mechanic does not seem to be affected, breaks work find, gas works fine..etc when this happens.

Any idea what this could be?
