accord CG9 (uk) rear spring change

Default accord CG9 (uk) rear spring change

hi im having a little trouble changing the rear springs over on my 2001 accord (uk shape) i removed the wheel and theres 4 metal rods (maybe anti roll bars) attatched to my hub and one is blocking the strut from popping out could anybody please point me in the right direction on how to remove the strut please

One or more of those track rods probably have to be disconnected - at least the outboard end. Usually bolted through rubber bushings to attach it to the knuckle.

Then flex the rod out of the way so you can get the shock.
