Default !!!Accord Door Help!!!

HI, I'm new to this forum and I need serious help. This is my first car and my father told me that I could have it if I fixed it. It used to belong to my grandfather and he got into an accident. Now, Neither door on the driver's side will open. I managed to unbolt everything necessary but the door will not budge (even after donkey kicking it ) I think it's because the door is locked from within an there is no way to get to it. What do I do? Thank you for looking. Name: DSCF1080.jpg

I would remove the driver seat, take the inside panel off the door, and try to release the latch from inside. I'm no expert, but that's the only way I can see to get it open. You still might have to do some kicking.

hummm looks like a cb7. Well you might need the jaws of life to get that beast open...lol
But in all serious...Might need to just work at it with a crow bar...but be very careful not to hurt yourself. Have you tried to pry the rear door open at all? It might be easier to get the rear door off then work on the front door since it looks like it has the less damage.

Yes! JAWS OF LIFE!!! HAHA! We were thinking about going to the local fire department and see if they could do anything haha! But we did take off the seat and panel from the inside but I will try removing the back door. I haven't thought of that. We also tried prying it but not with a crowbar. Thank you for the answers!

Lightbulb Hello Member

After much studying of that picture, I'm inclined to Think Crow Bar also...

Alright, I'm going to try to pry it loose with a crowbar. From the outside or should I try to pry it from the inside as well?
