95 accord Passenger door light comes on when door is shut help?
The light on the side of the door comes on and off while driving and will stay on after you shut the door. You gotta keep closing it until it goes out. Very irritating worried it will leave me with a dead battery somewhere. Any help would be great thx.

Does it also set off the warning lamp in the cluster about door-ajar?
The switch that controls both is located in the door jamb near the latch. Sometimes corrosion, or maybe it's bent or loose or ???
