Default Accord gone wild

I have a 1991 Accord. Replaced both front axles and within one week developed the following problems. Power windows, dash gauges, stop lights andseat belts retractor no longer function. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanx for advice.

Will the car start and run?

Such a broad range of electrical faults suggest major harness disconnection or damage somewhere, perhaps battery was removed and acid spilled on harness or some other type of accident. There is no common ground fault that would account for this either.

You will need to trace individual circuits, for instance brake lights from fuse box to tail-lights looking for the point where voltage is missing.

good luck

Yes, car starts right up. Have noticed that it may not be shifting into third gear. I have ruled out the ECM because the car runs. Thanks. Am currently tracing circuits.....real pain I might add.
