Hey guys, the Accord is not reving past 3 rpm, and has weak run from 0 to 30 mph. The previous owner did some work on the high pressure p/s line and had to remove some of the vacum lines to get to the steering colum fitting. So maybe he connected the vacum lines wrong. Can anyone help? Has anyone have had this problem before? Please help!!?

 

Are there any stored codes in the ecu or tcu. Sounds like it is in "limp mode".
