Exclamation Fuel Leak problem.

I have a 1992 honda accord lx 4dr auto.

For a while Ive noticed the smell of gas when i turn the car on, while changing the rear breaks i noticed a small puddle underneath the rear driver side. i removed the panel and saw a rusty mess. When i turn the car on it starts to leak. when its off it doesn't at all. Ive been looking a diagrams and i really cant find the part on it. i see the three lines going to the front. Can anyone help me identify this and help with a solution on how to fix. Thanks Ive uploaded an image of the pipe. Its just behind the rear driver side wheel.

Green arrow leads to the front of the car.
Red circle is where the leak is.
Blue goes somewhere i dont know.
Just behind you can see the other lines going to the front
Break line is on the lower left.

Blue line goes to fuel tank and fuel pump. Green line is fuel delivery line to front of vehicle.

Corrosion may have pitted through the fuel delivery line. This is usually installed as a unit, but can be spliced w/ correct parts. Sometimes w/ one bad location, there will be others nearly ready to start leaking. Inspect carefully before splicing.

You may need to replace the jumper from fuel line to fuel tank also.

OEM parts diagram can be seen at Majestic Honda Parts Online.

good luck
