Default Accord LXi - Changing Struts

Any diagrams availble on the strut suspension area of the acorrd 89. Need to know if the ARM (damper fork)hosting the sturt has the bended prong facing the engine or reverse flip and facing the boot.It seems that when facing the engine, the extreme turn left or right, the brake box touches the ARMs (damper fork) bended porition. When reversing the direction and facing the bended arm towards boot, the other straight arm has touching the axle which turns the wheels. Do not want that to happen as friction will cause the axle to break up quickly.

Also, changed the brakes front end, but now the braking is become more weak, am i missing something where, 4 nuts out and four nuts in..........brake changes are usually simple matter.
