need help my 1999 accord lx 5sp is over hearing is licking cooling from the cap radiotor no power in3k rpm them go normal good power my check engene light is on when to autozone knock sensor.please help my gracias.

i think i read a similar post yesterday, but I didnt really understand it, and I dont really understand this one either, but what the hell

does your thermostat work? are the cooling fans coming on?
