I've never had a come back... My wife's accord has been going strong with out issue, all the customers I've done this for are still trouble free...

You changed out everything right? both rails fuel block etc? and you did get the correct parts (parts counter people screw up)? The set up is now fuel feeds into the rail, jumper hose at the end of the rail (side closest to the belts), then a return line at the end of the second rail? Is your Fpr good? I know it's a lot to ask but pull the upper intake and take pictures of the set-up for me. Maybe I'll see something.

I will post pictures of it on Saturday. I got everything new beside the fpr and injectors.

hmmm I've been thinking about this all day. Just curious, have you tried playing with the fpr when it's acting up? I just want to eliminate that as a problem. There's not really much left in the system at this point, I know it's not the injectors. Maybe a flow restriction in the return line? Let me sleep on it.

I have put up with the Accord V6 hot soak issue ever since I bought the car brand new back in 2000. Back than, the dealder told me there was nothing wrong with the car. Due to the warmer wether it has become more unbearable.

I came accross a 1999 Acura TL V6 and pulled the complete rails and fuel line without the injectors for only $15 ! I think it had 3.2 V6.

The Acura setup looks identical to the Odyssey and my dads 1999 V6 Accord which does not have the returnless fuel rails.

Below is the pictures of the 1999 Acura TL fuel rails & fuel line. Also there is the diagram of the 1999 Accord V6, 2000 Accord V6 & the Odyssey V6.

Any concerns with using it on my 3.0 V6?

Thanks
