Default accord won't start

Hi all. I just recently purchased a 1990Accord for $200 as a gas saver. The car has 193,000 miles & was priced low because it won't start whenever its hot outside.Everything is turning as its supposed to but it just won't catch. As soon as the temp starts to drop it will crank as beautifully as it probably did in 1990. Any helpwould be greatlyappreciated so I can drive my gas saver during the day instead of having to wait until temp drops to drive. tks

Sounds like a MFR problem. A lot of posts about this on here.

When it is hot outside, listen for the fuel pump to whirl for about two seconds when you turn the key to the II position. If you don't hear the fuel pump turn on, then the MFR is likely the culprit.
