AEM V2 or K&N Typhoon Intake?

Default AEM V2 or K&N Typhoon Intake?
I have a 1999 Accord V6 and I want to get an intake for it. Which one has better sound and adds more HP. Also, is it true that the K&N Typhoon CAI sucks up water and can damage the engine? Thanks..
