After Market K&N AIR Filter and Intake making humming sound when vehicle ia HOT

Is this normal or is there something wrong ?
I checked all connections and camps, everything is good.
Humming is loud when engine is hot, but ok when engine is still cool.

1991 Honda Accord DX 2.2L

and this is the filter and intake i'm using now, bought it from ebay.
