Air conditioner only blowing on floorboard

Your setup looks like the pic I attached. My accord has green lights, yours has the orange ones.
Does the rear defrost button work? Do any of the buttons light up or work when you try to turn them on?

I think that your car is an EX.
My guess is that either the mode control motor or the actual control unit is not working. I don't have a wiring diagram for your accord, so I can't give you very specific instructions on how to determine what component isn't working.
The mode control motor is what opens and closes the vents based on the setting that you enter. It is under the passenger side dash and may be a pain to access.
The mode control unit is what you showed in the picture and switches power to the mode control motor to have it change positions.

Thank you for your help. At least I know what I am searching for. Do you know how I go about troubleshooting to see wheather it is the motor or the control unit? If it helps, I don't believe I ever turned into to strictly feet before it started acting up. I got into my car yesterday morning and the setting was on the top vents but the air was just blowing through the feet. So do you think this means more than likly it is the motor?

I really don't know.
Without the shop manual, I can't give specific instructions. You may be able to change the mode and see if the motor moves on the blower unit.
You should be able to test the switches for the control unit. The motor will likely involve hooking up power and ground to the motor plug. Then you will have to jump the power wire to the 4 possible settings to see if the motor moves.
There are some other possibilities that could be your problem. The linkage to change the flaps could be disconnected. The flaps inside may be broken.
