2004 Accord iCDTI.
The air conditioning systems cools OK, but the heating only starts blowing hot air after some 5 min. after start engine (either using the automatic function or th manual approach). Is it normal?

Note -i had it repaired recently because the compressor wouldn't start most of the times - they replaced 2 relays. Following this repair the autom function doesn't blow air through the front exits by default and it seems to adjust very badly to temperature changes.

Normal. Heat will not work until the coolant (anti-freeze) warms up some.
