Default alignement ? 1992 accord

Hi, i have a 1992 accord 4 dr LX auto 2.2L.
Good tires, but have noticed a buzzing coming from the frt driver side tire.
This tire is showing wear on the inside tread area only- so maybe it threw a weight
I've got lifetime balance and rotation so I rotate/balance every 5-6k miles for free.
I'm thinking the alignment may be off, but will bring it in to the shop for a balance rotate job to see if that helps.
If they tell me I need an alignment, does this have adjustable front and rear (4 wheel) or is it only possible to do a frt wheel alignment?
What parts are able to be adjusted, camber , toe and caster?
Not sure so thought I'd ask b4 getting told what I need and not always trusting of these guys..
Thanks

I had the CV axle dynamic dampner come loose and cause a vibration. I managed to grind it off w/ an air-drived die grinder.

good luck

if only the outside of your tire has wear then chances are your alignment is out.. on front wheel drive cars most shops will do a 4-wheel alignment but if your rear end is ok you can just have the front end done. they will make sure that it all is good camber, castor, toe, etc..
