Default alot of problems at once

hello honda forum, i own a 90 accord lx 5spd 2.2L 4 cyl, 384,230 mi on it. i need some diy help, instructions and tools i might possibly need. problems - low idle(500 or lower), crank pulley seized, non-functioning gas gauge, sluggish accel 1st through 3rd gears, steering wheel vibrations past 50 mph. I'd really like to keep my honda so any help or advice would be awesome.

A little more info would be helpful. Steering wheel vibes- tires out of balance, possibly loose joints up front. Crank pulley seized- what does that mean? Can't get it off, engine locked up? Give us a little more please.

steering wheel vibes only after 50 mph, drives straight though, tires are balanced, joints are good, crankshaft pulley stopped moving. havent tried removing, wanted info before i started taking it apart. got some white smoke from under hood yesterday near crankshaft pulley area causing my starter and alternator to get crazy hot.(car was idling at about 300 rpm when i saw white smoke) engine still functions and no knocking sounds or stuff like that.

Sounds like it does. You need to figure out why the crank pulley is not moving before any thing else, even before starting the car again. It may get even more damaged
