I have a 1991 Honda Accord SE and the anti-lock light always comes on about a minute into the drive. Just wanted to know what can be done or checked to fix this problem

as mentioned you need to let us know if there is a code ...
here is what you do,, put ignition key on,, go to the back of the car , the ABS control unit is located inside the trunk , passanger side..
there is a little plug you need to remove , so you can read the code..you might have to pry back on the inner liner ,,,,count the blinking frequency ,,,
it will be something like 4 flashes, little pause 2 flashes that's code 4-2...make sure to read it a ferw times , to properly read the code and to make sure there are not multiple codes .........post the codes here once read and we will go from there....
Also ,,,make sure the reservoir has planty of fluid..

mmmm there is just no code 3 ,, there is MAIN code 3 , SUB CODE 1. 2 AND 4 ,, like ... there is 3-1 rt frt ,, 3-2 . lft frt . 3-4 ,, both rears ,,,these problems relate to wheel pulsors,,,pulsor is the ring that is in the axle ..... ..By the way have you replace an axle lately ???

i hate to say this but you might have to read the code again..,,and chk to see if there is a smaller blink after the short pause ..
