After replacing the battery in my 1994 Accord Ex the car lights flash and the engine will not turn over.. How do I reset the system.. I have an aftermarket cd player so I can not enter any codes..

 

Does your car have an aftermarket security system on it? The security code for the radio unlocks the OEM radio and has nothing to do with killing the ignition switch.

 

After some homework via other forums and sources on the net, I found the reset switch for the security system. Turn the key to the "on" position and the press the reset and you are good.. Thanks PAhonda.. Even though you did not have a solution, at least you did give me a comment..

 

what did the button look like and where was it located
