Anyone know about 94-97 clusters?

Anyone know about 94-97 clusters?
So i have a 97 lx coupe 5speed...
i ordered some glow gauges from 2 different manufacturers and both wont fit correctly
the problem is the holes on each side of the needles dont line up with the holes in the new gauge faces
the holes in the new gauge faces measure 1 and 3/16 between them
the holes in my gauges measure 1 and 3/8 between them
trying to find out whether there is a difference between auto and 5 speed and/or 94-95 / 96-97 ... i know the guy i purchased the car from said he had to swap the cluster for an auto cluster but i dont know what the cluster came out of... any help greatly appreciated...
