Default auto to manual swap and now no start....

So I swapped my 1992 lx to a manual trans. I have not been able to get it to start as of yet, It will crank and get fuel but no spark. I have so far discovered it is throwing a code fifteen and twenty, I have replaced the main relay and tested the coil and ignition control module, both were good. I have also tried three different ecu and still no spark. I am at a loss with this, any help would be greatly appreciated. Also does any ne know how to by pass the neutral safety switch so i can disconnect the auto shifter and it will still crank?

I removed it and cleaned and replaced it to no avail, I then relocated it to the trans and still nothing

Ok, it is one of those things that gets missed sometimes when this kind of work is done.

As you know the 15 is ignition output, I was hoping the ground would cure this. So we need to start testing the dist and the inputs/outputs.

Is the BLK/YEL hot when the key is to on/pos II?

OK I'll have to check that, I do know that the dizzy worked when pulled, the entire engine trans ecu and harness all came from a running driving car. I did notice something odd tho, there was a wire tapped into the blue wire going into the distributor that I removed during the swap any ideas?

Check your fuses. Specifically, check the No. 2 (15A) fuse located in the under-dash fuse box.

You also have a code 20, which is the electric load detector.

Is the new engine/transmission from an LX, DX, or EX?
