auto to manual swap and now no start....

All fuses are good, and the new engine tranny and ecu is all from a DX only the body is a lx

That blue wire goes to the tachometer and the transmission computer. You likely need to fix that wire.

Trans computer? Its a manual with a manual ecu so no trans computer right

Sorry about that. Reading a diagram for AT and MT accord and forgot.

What are the wire colors going to the ICM on your car?

Oh that's a tough one, I will have to.look, I do know the distributor is from the 1990 DX does that help

It doesn't help. The problem is that I don't have a good 90-93 shop manual to look at. I use the 94 shop manual that is basically the same setup as your accord, but wire colors can be different.

You will have to pull off the distributor cap to see the wires. Also tell us the wire colors going to the external coil.

I (or someone else) can give you some electrical tests to try and figure out the problem.

If you still have the original motor, you may want to swap in the coil then the distributor.

Its a internal coil. I will be working on it again on Saturday morning I've been working thirteen hour days so I haven't been able to wrench on it

So no power to black and yellow wire, and no power from black and yellow at ignition switch, main relay clicks when ignition wiggled

So I figured it out !!!! It was a short in the wire from the fender to the distributor

And now it runs awesome but low beams don't work and only my upper left and lower right parking lights work. I did swap bulbs and check fuses
