Can i convert my automatic honda accord 94 ex to a semi automatic?

What do you mean by semi-automatic?

Do you want an automatic transmission where you can switch to a "manual" shift mode like newer cars that don't have a clutch?

There is no simple swap for that kind of transmission into a 94. What year did Honda put those transmissions into any of their vehicles?
