I recently purchased a good condition 2011 EX-L V6. So far as I can tell, everything works as intended. I have a question about the automatic headlights.
The automatic headlights are extremely sensitive. They come on at the slightest shadow. If I go under a bridge, or drive beside a big truck, my headlights come on.
I found a document online, below:
This suggests that the sensitivity can be adjusted between "min" and "max," but there are no instructions on how to do that. It's possible this document doesn't apply to my car. I'm not sure.
Any suggestions? Can I adjust the sensitivity of the automatic headlights on my 2011 EX-L?
Saw on a web search that the sensitivity could be changed only on a the navigation unit. If your car is non-navigation, then maybe the dealership scanner can change the setting?
