Default Availability - 2008 Front License Plate Bracket? New Install Instructions?

I need a front license plate bracket for a 2008 that's never had a front plate on it ASAP. Long story, but this needs to happen quickly.

- Can someone direct me to a part #?
- Do dealers still stock these... perhaps they were used on multiple years and are still sold?
- I need install instructions to convey to a non-mechanic to do install it. Are the mounting holes pre drilled? What needs to be done.

EDIT: Found this part # at Ebay & Amazon: 71145TA0A00. Is that the right part?
I see bare brackets and complete kits. This one has all the fasteners: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-OEM...t/172621364448 . Are the factory fasteners the simplest way to go? (again, remote install by a non-mechanic with simple tools).

Thanks,

Go to a site like hondapartsnow.com and enter your vehicle info. The OEM Honda part number for your specific accord will be in the section with the front and back plastic bumpers.

Just make sure you are ordering the correct part number for your accord, because there are subtle differences.

It also looks like you have 2 metal clips with a nut welded to it and 2 bolts to attach the bracket. I'm almost positive the clips will go on the grille and you will bolt the bottom of the plate bracket on the bottom. You should only need a 10mm or maybe 8 mm socket to install, so installation will be easy. You will not have to drill into your plastic bumper.

Redbull: Just to verify... so the base installs with just those two clips hold it? And the "frame" is optional i.e. you can bolt the plate right to the base?

Thanks,

Yes, two clips and bolts will hold the base. The frame is optional.
