Default B1 service at dealer or...?

Hi,

B1 service is due and the dealer is asking for $80+tax.

Is this normal price for this service?

Can I take it to a 3rd party?

Thanks!

Double check me, see owners manual, but I think the only real "work" is an oil change and rotate tires.

There are other things that need inspecting. Other fluids, suspension, brakes, ect.

$80 from the dealer doesn't sound too far out of line. You can call around and see what a "3rd party" would charge for the oil change and tire rotation and a general overall inspection.
