Default "Backup" Fuse Parasitic Drain/Wiring diagram

Hey guys,
I've been having a drain issue for quite a while on my 2009 Accord Coupe EXL. It's the infamous "backup" number 15 fuse in the under hood fuse/relay box on a variety of Honda's. Pop the fuse out, drain goes away. Of all the forums and posts online, they don't have anything in common and all seem to be random fixes or causes.
I've tested all of the drivers side fuses for voltage draw and none connect to this drain and now I'm stumped. I'm wondering if anyone knows what is connected to this fuse aside from the radio, or have a wiring diagram of some sort for this "backup" fuse.

Thanks!

Can you post a picture of the fuse box with the fuse showing the parasitic draw? Can you point out the fuse with the draw?

You'll probably have to unplug each component downstream of the problem fuse to narrow down the problem. Want to make sure I list the correct components for you.

Have you checked the passenger side fuses for the draw?

Here are the pics of the fuse box. I have not checked the passengers fuses yet.
