bad gas mileage!

Adj the tire psi to 35, check that the brakes are not binding. Like the shoe are sliding caliper pins are sliding. check the intake is not blocked and filter is clean. was the cat oem or aftermarket? Have the timing checked and when was the last time the oil and mtf was changed?

thanks for the reply, I already have my tires at 35psi, recent oil change, mtf was changed a few months ago, timing is good, aftermarket converter but the problem was from before I changed it. I also had all the brakes apart and greased the sliders, and the air filter is clean. so I'm kind of at a loss, I just filled up so I'm gonna see what my mileage is after cleaning the EGR valve.
