You really need to calculate the mpg by dividing the miles driven by the gas used.

Are you doing a lot of city driving with start and stop traffic?

Not really to sure but I know it wasnt more then 150. Its mainly city driving and do all the driving at night when there isnt to much traffic.
Here are some pictures of how much it dropped just driving eight miles.

Also... How would a stock exhaust sound. The one on this car is stock but my friend had said it sounded like it had an exhaust :/ I actually listened to it today and it sounded odd.

I don't think there is an exhaust leak. I seafoamed the car on Tuesday and was watching to see if I could spot any smoke coming out. Everything seemed fine. Other then the fact that the car didnt smoke as much as I would have liked to to. I have been at about 1/4 a tank for a while now. I just think this gauge is messed up.
