Battery Light
It probably means your alternator has a bad diode, which limits idle voltage output. When AC load is added, voltage is inadequate and bat light comes on. Fix is to have your alternator overhauled w/ new diodes, rectifier, and brushes, or purchasea rebuilt unit. I've always done this because some rebuilts are poor quality.

You can confirm the problem by removing the alternator and having it tested at an auto electrical shop Autozone, et al also have alternator test rigs. I paid about $70 to have my alternator overhauled, rather than buy a rebuilt from AZ or O'R.
