Default Big brakes on a 94 sedan

I just got 18" Work CR-Kais, and the factory brakes are both looking and feeling puny.

I'd like to find something OEM that crosses over but has more stopping power and diameter since I can clear pretty much anything now. I noticed that the station wagon's rotors are 21.7mm larger in diameter than sedan/coupe rotors, but really i'm looking for something bigger than that. I'd like an OEM solution mainly because aftermarket big brakes are teeth-grittingly expensive.
Anybody have any pointers? besides the mounting of the calipers, finding big rotors in 4x114.3 is a pain too.

I know using NSX calipers is common, but also pricey. Not aftermarket expensive, but still expensive.

the wagon/v6 rotor will work. Their calipers are also an upgrade.

Check into the Acura CL setup. Not sure of its size but it should be a compatible fit.

i'm trying to stay 4 lug, though. Isn't the CL 5? Do you know if the wagon calipers are different?

Wagon has the same setup as your sedan. I guess my point was the Acura has a heavier setup and I believe you can take the whole setup out (I.e. The knuckle assembly, calipers and springs), but I don't think you I'll increase your rotor size much. You are doing this more for appearance then anything, but to increase the diameter a lot you are probably looking at replacing the knuckle assembly. A four lug setup is designed for only so much torque, the larger the brake disk, the larger the caliper the higher the torque, thus the larger the spindle and more lugs. Hope this helps explain it a little. Good luck.

Wagon/V6 calipers are bigger. A helpful page:
