I know that's a bad description, but I'm not sure what it's called. It's the large plastic "Dust shield" underneath the front end. It's ruffed up pretty bad and hanging very loose. I've got it rigged up there right now with some wire, but it's not a good permanent solution.

I was wondering whether I should be concerned about it at all. Should I replace it or just remove it from the car? If I should replace it, what is it called and where can I buy one?

Are you talking about the plastic thing under the front end that sometimes scrapes the curb when you pull into a parking place? If so, I'd just pull it off and forget about it. I'm no expert though.
