Default blackout tail lights

HI EVERYONE;
I'M NEW TO THIS WHOLE FORUM STUFF. I JUST PURCHASED A 2009 HONDA ACCORD COUPE 3.5 LITER V-6. NICE CAR PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AS TO PERFORMANCE. ALL I'VE DONE IS 20" RIMS WITH NITTO 555'S TIRES, 235/45/20 I BELIEVE. FIRST OF ALL I WANT TO BLACKOUT THE TAIL LIGHTS. I'VE SEEN SOME THAT HAVE BEEN PAINTED AND I REALLY THINK THEY LOOK LIKE _ _ __. ANY IDEA IF ANYONE SELLS REPLACEMENT LENSES OR A GOOD QUALITY PAINT, OR BETTER STILL WHERE TO GET THIS DONE. SECONDLY I WANT TO INCREASE PERFORMANCE: WANT FASTER 0-60 TIMES, 1/4 MILE TIMES AND HOW TO SHUT DOWN SPEED LIMITERER OR WHATEVER IT'S CALLED. IT PRESENTLY KICKS IN AT 128 MPH. INTAKES, EXHAUST, TURBO NOS????? I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO TEAR THE MOTOR APART. SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
THANKS

Bien Venido! I know I've seen those DIYS for the blackout tails on other sites but I would search in DIY and then broaden the search

- Search for blacking out tails/tinting tails etc. VHT Nightshades is your best bet if you dont want to open up the lights. Otherwise you have to bake/heat gun them like everyone else.
- You wont find many mods for an 8th gen accord, yet
- Speed limiter would need to be disabled via tuning software, which I don't think is available yet. You can search for that yourself because theres no need to be traveling above 128 mph on a US road and youll never see 128 in a quarter mile.

Holy Caps Locks Batman lol
Well first of as finch said VHT Niteshades are your best bet.
Second get a catback exhaust or do a custom setup, (Magnaflow,Greddy Apexi).
Short Ram Intake. (K&N, AEM or INJEN),
Pulley set or just a crank pulley. (do a little research on it)
Well if you not willing to tear the motor apart then turbo and nitroud would be a bad investment
