If all the parts already painted, then installation should be easy, you will need at least 2 people to do the job. Materials you will need are:
1. a big roll of 3M VHB double sticky side automotive tape
2. self taping screws, screw driver, and a driller
3. 4 brackets shape like # 5 to secure the side skirts 2 bracket on each of the side skirt,
4. a heat gun or a hair blower to heat body kit and keeping it flexible so it'll make it easier to install, and keep the the proper shape of the body kit.
5. After you have all your tools ready just try to fit all the pieces first to see how it'll fit,
6. then use a regular masking tape and tape on the car, above the body kit to outline where your 3M VHB tape should go on the car. Or you can just stick the 3M VHB tape on the body kit and put them on which ever is easy for you.
7. After you put the body kit on with the vhb tape, just drill a few holes on the bottom of the body kit to the car and also on the fenders and put a few self taping screw on it to secure all kit into place.
Best time to install these body kit is in a warm climate with temperature at least 70 degree F or higher. And don't wash your car for at least a week.

i dont have experience but i belive that you just take it off and put it on it should fit into the factory fittings depending on where you bought the kit. i had to take off my bumper when i put in my AEM v2 CAI and it was very easy
