Default Brake Interchangeability

Does anyone know if the front brakes(mainly the lines) for the 94-97 and 93 accord interchangeable? I am converting my 97 to non ABS and I found a 93 parts car for dirt cheap. I want to get it, take what i need, part out the rest and scrap the body.

I'm not sure which lines you want to swap. Your best bet would be to look up the parts numbers on an OEM site like hondapartsnow . com

If you don't want ABS on your car, you can just pull the abs motor fuse to stop it from working.

Well I'm getting rid of ABS to clean up the engine bay and save weight. So I'm looking to get the brake booster, master cylinder, and the front brake lines(from the cylinder to the wheel wells). And I found a 93 accord for $300 just has a leaking gas tank and exhaust. I'll look on that site.

Darn they are different. Still debating if I want to buy that car for the other parts and then sell what I can and probably turn a profit.

Why not remove the ABS pump, rent a flaring kit and bend up some new lines? It's easy peasy and you could clean up the bay a bit at the same time too. You were going to reuse brake line? From experience, that's near impossible.

Accords have non-intergral ABS, nothing else is tied in to the ABS system besides the pump and the wheel speed sensors. Everything else including the master cylinder, booster, calipers, etc. are the same between ABS and non-ABS.
