I need a driver mutiplex control unit part number is 38800-S84-A22 according to online Honda dealer go by VIN number and they want over $200 for it, the number on my MCU is worn so it's kind of hard to make out the numbers, i'm trying to find a good used one to save the money, anyway does any one here knows which other part number will interchange with it, i saw a few on Ebay and car-parts.com but they are all different part numbers, so it's very confusing, my car is a 99 EX coupe 2.3 5sp.

Those two part numbers are for 98-99 EX 4 or 2 door. The other 98-02 accords have different part numbers, so there has to be a difference.

 

2007 Accord EXL 3 l v6 VTech AT
I just got this car a while back and when I got it I could turn the key lock and unlock both of the doors. I could also open the door and the interior lights would turn on. I can lock and unlock the doors from the master switch inside the car. Right now I can no longer lock and unlock both doors with the key or the key fob. Interior lights are out, power mirrors are out. To me it's looking like it's got to be something in this master switch but I've taking it apart and I don't see anything wrong. I clean the contacts and stuff on the power window switch not sure what to do on the master control portion of it which has the Windows on it. Windows work however I cannot use the key to roll them up or down. I have reprogrammed the key fobs 3 times, and they will work once and then not work again at all. I changed

the batteries on them so I know it's not that. Can you please tell me there's a way to test this master control unit switch and if not what MCu number switches might be compatible with this and if it will fix my problem or if I need to look at something else. Sorry for the long post but I wanted to be complete
