Default Brakes won't pump up

I have 1993 Accord Ex, four wheel disc, with ABS. I have had a intermittent problem with the brakes for a year now. I would have to pump the brakes several times to get the pedal to hold. This would last a day or two then it would go maybe a month before it would happen again. I did have to add brake fluid once a month (driving 100 miles a day) and I couldn't tell where the fluid was going. It got better at the beginning of the year and din't happen for two months. This week it started again, and now the pedal won't hold when you pump it up. If I pump it while stopping, it won't hold for more than a couple of seconds. Just wondering if this is the booster or the master cylinder?

I would first make abso-flipping sure that the lines aren't leaking at all.

Alder is right...first make sure there are no leaks.

Has your pedal has, at any time, hit the floor? If so, I'd say "master cylinder."

Sounds good, I'll check all the fitttings this weekend. Yes thje pedal does hit the floor, all the time now. It will build up a little pressure but then fall to the floor.
