Default Bypass resistor box

How do you bypass the resistor box, to use sat. injectors? I have a 94 accord and a f23 installed in it, and want to use the f23 injectors, because my injectors are leaking.

If you swapped ECU's when you swapped the engines you should have no problem running the injectors. What is the resistor box? Is your ECU chipped?
