Cable reel/clock spring replacement

My girlfriend has a 1995 Honda Accord LX and I think i need to replace the clock spring/cable reel for the air bag system because we lost cruise control, the horn, and the SRS light is on. Does anyone know how to do just that? I appreciate the help.
