Between my two dome lights in my 05 Accord Coupe is a speaker looking thingy and a small orange light. What is this??

The light is the courtesy/ambient light on EX and EX-L models, and comes on when the parking lights are turned on. To adjust its brightness, you would turn the Select/Reset **** on the instrument panel.

The other item is the microphone for the navigation system.

If there isn't navigation, then that slot is non-functional. The service manual shows the mic. located there for navigation systems.
