i drive a 1998 honda accord ex 3.0v6 and it has a rough idle and the acceleration is rough also, when i drive the car almost stalls repeatedly. idk what to do at this point

 

P1399 is for a random misfire. Is the P1399 the only code you are getting?

You can try a power balance test, where you disconnect the connector to each coil then note any cylinders that don't make the engine run worse.

 

the first time is scanned it it read for misfires on all cylinders.. i got new plugs and coils and the read for cylinder 6 misfire
