Default Car Buying Advice

Hi everyone, I'm hoping to become an Accord owner in the near future. Right now I drive a Tacoma that uses a lot of gas. Anyways, I found this nice 2004 EX-L manual at a nearby dealer.

Very clean for the mileage, interior is great. Engine is smooth. Yesterday the dealer had brand new tires put on it and he's putting front CV axles on today.

The airbag light is on, which appears to be the seat belt receiver covered by a recall.
My trusted mechanic looked at it and drove it this morning and said that he believes the pressure plate in the clutch is going bad. The car shifts great and drives just fine, clutch feels fine to me. The dealer is not willing to come down on the price at all.

What do you guys think? Is this a good deal even if it will need a clutch in the next 20-30k? The price seems good to me and 4-door EX-L manuals are kinda hard to find.

Not that this should be a deal breaker, but none of the dealerships in my area would replace the seat belt receiver; I ended up ordering the belt online and doing the swap myself.
