Default Car failed Emission

My Accord 94, which has been sitting idle for last 5/6 months except for once in a while I would just start it up for few minutes. Today I changed plugs, oil, transmission fluid, air and oil filter and took it for GA emission test. It flunked.
The CO part of it failed.
the result is
CO-% Reading 00.88, Allowable 0.71. (25/25) test
Reading 0.1.09, Allowable 0.73 ( 50/15) test

Any suggestion on how to fix it?
Or, do I just need to drive it for a while and retest it?

An O2 Sensor will not always click the check engine light but will click codes in the computer. Run down to your local Autozone and have them pull codes to see if any are coming up.
