Default car misses between 1000 an 1500 rpms

I have a 94 accord ex that's missing/choking when I press the gas all the way down between 1 an 1500 an if I hold it down it will die. The only way I can drive it if I press the gas slowly pass 1500 an after I pass it it drives fine I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it.... I replaced the dizzy, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs, wires an I don't have a cel on.... Can some one help

Did you do any work on the car before this started happening?

Can we assume the normal tune up items are up to date?

Does this happen in all ranges of the engine temp - meaning while cold it drives pretty good but once to normal op temp it goes bad?

Also, can't hurt to clean the egr chamber - can clean the valve while there is you wish.

Yea everything is up to date....

It does that hot or cold but it takes longer to start when its cold..... I seen other forums that say to clean that but will that really make my car choke an miss if that's clogged...

I've notice today while driving that I can't let my gas pass 1/4 tank or else it will die when I stop....

You may want to pull the IACV valve and clean the screen. That is on back of the intake manifold near the throttle body.

There is also a cable that goes from the throttle body to the transmission that you may want to adjust.

Go to the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum and open the online shop manuals link. you can download a 94 shop manual as a pdf.
