Default Car not starting, dash lights flicker

I have a 2007 Honda Accord With the V 6 engine. The car won't start makes the typical clicking noise, but the dash lights flicker on and off. Is this typical when the battery is dead or is it something more?

When you turn the key to the start position, does the starter try to spin the engine?

The battery is mostly discharged. It has enough power to engage the starter solenoid, but not the massive amount of power to crank the starter.

90% sure you need a battery, and that's all.

Is it the original Honda battery?
